About me (native language)
I teach both Japanese and English. I've also studied a bit of Spanish out of personal interest, though I'm still learning! My specialty is versatility — travel Japanese, business Japanese, everyday conversation, you name it. My focus isn't textbook Japanese, but real, living Japanese you can actually use! I'm also a mother of three, and I offer lessons especially for parents raising kids in Japan. I know firsthand the small daily struggles that come with it. Together, we'll go beyond just words

旅先で困らない!実践日本語フレーズ10
Accepting students「

Not Just Passing the JLPT, but Japanese for Interviews
Accepting studentsIt's not just about passing the exam. Let's prepare for the interviews that follow.
Studying for the JLPT often leans towards memorizing grammar and vocabulary, but what many learners are actually aiming for is not just 'passing' but the opportunities for further education or employment that come afterward. In this course, we will cover grammar and vocabulary at the JLPT N3 to N2 levels while also practicing how to answer commonly asked interview questions, as well as how to convey self-promotion and motivation for applying. This course is designed for those who may not have the time to study for the exam and interview preparation separately, allowing you to efficiently develop both skills.
Japanese for Working Moms
Accepting studentsJapanese that supports you in balancing parenting and work
For foreign mothers who are working in Japan while raising children, or who are considering working in the future, the necessary Japanese differs slightly from 'textbook business Japanese.' This course focuses on efficiently acquiring only the essential expressions needed in a limited time, such as workplace reporting, communication, and consultation, documents related to parental leave, and greetings upon returning to work. The instructor, who has continued teaching while raising three children, understands the busy schedule of moms and provides lessons that can be continued without strain. 【This course is designed for foreign mothers who are currently working in Japan or planning to find a job or return to work. A Japanese level of daily conversation ability (equivalent to JLPT N4 to N3) is required, and it is suitable for those with limited study time due to balancing childcare and work. It is ideal for those who prioritize efficiency and want to focus on expressions that can be used immediately in the workplace.】
Mama Japanese: Everyday Japanese to Support You While Raising Children
Accepting studentsDon't carry your words and feelings alone!
When raising children in Japan, there are many moments when you feel not only the language barrier but also loneliness and anxiety. Have you ever experienced difficulty expressing what you want to communicate to your child's daycare teacher, feeling left out of the circle of other mothers, or struggling to find someone to consult with? In this course, an instructor with experience raising three children will guide you through lessons while also being attentive to your feelings, alongside Japanese language instruction. Practical Japanese for dealing with official procedures and communication with daycare centers is covered, and days when you simply want someone to listen to you are also welcome. We aim for the time spent learning Japanese to become a safe space for you.
